Eric spotted Hayley at the OAC. He was using the gym and she was working in PlayCare. Eric eventually mustered up the courage to ask Hayley on a date, not knowing it would lead to spending the rest of their lives together.

Hayley was attending Queen's University in Kingston, where Eric would periodically visit her. The two would date over the years when she would come home for the summer. Eric would only refer to Hayley as 'The Queens Girl' to his parents for years, until it became serious enough that he finally had to tell them her real name.

in June of 2019 Sarah & Phil got married. When Eric asked Phil to bring a plus one, the family knew Hayley was someone special to Eric. Hayley ended up meeting Eric's entire family and fell in love with them instantly.

They took their first trip together, falling in love in the big apple.

Eric brought Hayley to her first MTL Canadians game in Montreal. After the game, the two bounced around from restaurant to restaurant to find the best poutine in the city. By the end of the night, they had tried 6 different kinds of poutine. Hayley fell in love with how fun Eric was, and how he constantly made her laugh.

Eric and Hayley went to Vancouver to visit Hayley's brother Adam and their close friends Sasha and Carlee. This was when Hayley discovered Eric's epic dance floor moves.

During their trip, they went to a Vancouver Canucks game - Hayley accidentally stole this foam finger and its been a running joke in their relationship ever since.

The two went golfing at the Nana Classic Golf Tournament in 2020, and continue to enjoy golfing together, both with positive spirits and subpar golf skills

In September of 2020 Eric and Hayley brought home their little guy Ollie. The couple has been madly in love with him everyday since. (even when he eats their shoes and chews the baseboards)

In 2021 they celebrated the wedding of their lifelong friends Camila & Greg

They moved in together during covid, and eventually began their home renovations with many trips to Home Depot.

Eric's love for playing hockey, and Hayley's childhood playing ringette often leads them to visit friends in Val-Des-Monts to skate on the frozen lake in the winter, eventually buying property here.

At the beginning of 2022, Eric and Hayley took a trip to Playa Del Carmen Mexico and discovered their favourite restaurant of all time, Ilios.

On November 12th, 2022, Eric Proposed to Hayley on a beautiful beach in Santa Monica, California. They spent the rest of the day watching the sunset on the ocean and talking about their future life together. They ended the night at an LA Kings game where Hayley spent the entire game looking at photos from the proposal and asked in the third period of the game which teams were playing.

Later that week, Eric and Hayley attended The Agency Forum in Palm Springs, California. Hayley continuously referred to herself as 'Eric's Assistant' to get into all the private work events.

In February of 2023 the couple celebrated at their Engagement Party.

Sarah and Phil welcomed baby girl Isla into the world. This was one of the biggest days of Eric and Hayley's life as they became an aunt an uncle. They can't wait to watch their little niece grow.

Eric and Hayley tie the knot and become Mr & Mrs Charron, surrounded by their favourite people.
